1. How fast will my order by shipped? |
| Most orders will be shipped in 2-3 days – not counting weekends. When you place your order you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. |
2. What are the payment methods? |
| We offer safe, secure Internet ordering using credit cards. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. We also accept money orders, certified checks or personal checks. You can print out an order form and send it to us with your check or money order. Or you can fax in the order form along with your credit card information. You may also call us with your order and credit card information. |
3. When do you actually charge my credit card? |

4. What are your shipping rates? |
We ship USPS Priority Mail as much as possible. All orders are shipped insured, and the insurance is in the posted rate.

5. Do you ship internationally? |
| We sure do! We usually ship USPS Global Priority. Rates will vary depending on your countries location and the amount of yardage. All funds must be in US Dollars and no out of country checks will be accepted. |
6. What is your return policy? |
| We want you to love the fabric you buy. If you don’t, you may return any purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping. Please return fabric as you received it -- uncut and in its original package. Note: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special orders are not refundable. |
7. Do you send free samples or swatches? |
| Sorry, but due to the cost and time involved we cannot send samples or swatches. |
8. What is the fabric content of fabrics on FabricsToLove.com? |
| We carry the finest fabrics from top manufacturers. Most fabrics are 100% cotton unless otherwise noted. |
9. What is the width of fabrics on FabricsToLove.com? |
| Most fabrics are 44-45” wide. Batik fabrics are approx. 42-43” wide. Other fabric widths will be noted in the fabric descriptions. |
10. Do you sell wholesale? |
| No, we are an online store only- we only sell retail. |
11. Do you trade or sell customers names and addresses? |
